Elgon Ngoma Troupe is a cultural community based organization that was founded in 2009 by Wolimbwa Julius with the above objectives. The troupe is based in Eastern Uganda region in the Mount Elgon zone Mbale district, hence the name ‘Elgon’ coming from Mt Elgon.
